Last Updated: 21 January 2026

1. OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
The Welsh Influencer Hub ("The Hub") provides a multi-tiered ecosystem for Brands, Agencies, and Businesses ("Brands," "you") to engage with content creators. By using our platform, you acknowledge that we offer the following distinct services:
-
The Creator Directory: A self-service database for discovering influencers.
-
The Open Pitch Board: A platform to post campaign briefs for creators to apply to.
-
Campaign Management: Bespoke, end-to-end influencer marketing services managed by The Hub.
-
Add-Ons: A variety of other bespoke services.
2. DIRECTORY & PITCH BOARD (SELF-SERVICE)
When using the Directory or Pitch Board, The Hub acts as a facilitator only, not an intermediary.

-
Direct Engagement: You are responsible for your own outreach, negotiations, and contracts with creators found via these tools.
-
Vetting: While we manually approve creators in our database, The Hub does not guarantee the performance, reliability, or current metrics of any creator. You are expected to perform your own due diligence.
-
No Commission: The Hub does not take a commission on deals struck via the self-service tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT (MANAGED SERVICE)
If you engage The Hub for Campaign Management, a separate Statement of Work (SOW) will be issued.
-
Management Fee: Managed services are subject to a management fee plus the total creator spend.
-
Guarantees: Under managed services, The Hub takes responsibility for creator communication, content deadlines, and reporting as defined in the SOW.
4. BRAND CONDUCT & ETHICS
To maintain the integrity of the Welsh influencer economy, all Brands agree to:
-
Truthful Pitching: Briefs posted to the Open Pitch Board must be accurate. If a campaign is "Gifted Only," it must be clearly labelled.
-
Timely Communication: Brands should respond to successful creator applicants in a professional timeframe.
-
Payment Obligations: You agree to pay creators the agreed-upon fee within the timeframe specified in your private contract with them. Non-payment of creators is grounds for a permanent ban from The Hub.

5. DATA USAGE & PRIVACY
-
Confidentiality: Creator contact details (emails, phone numbers) provided in the Paid Directory are for direct outreach only. You are prohibited from scraping this data, adding creators to mass mailing lists without consent, or selling this data to third parties.
-
Intellectual Property: Use of a creator’s likeness or content is subject to the specific agreement you reach with that creator. The Hub holds no rights over creator content sourced via the directory.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (THE "SHIELD" CLAUSE)
-
Independent Contractors: Creators are independent entities. The Hub is not liable for creator "no-shows," poor content quality, or any reputational damage resulting from a creator's personal actions.
-
Pitch Board Outcomes: The Hub does not guarantee a minimum number of applications for any brief posted on the Open Pitch Board.
-
Third-Party Disputes: The Hub will not act as a mediator in disputes between Brands and Creators sourced through self-service tools.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS
-
Brand Access: Access to certain features (e.g., full directory data) may require a paid subscription.
-
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of a plan will result in loss of access at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. TERMINATION
The Hub reserves the right to terminate Brand access immediately for:

-
Failure to pay creators for work completed.
-
Harassment of creators or Hub staff.
-
Posting fraudulent or misleading campaign briefs.
Complete these few details to apply to join our standard directory and get on the radar of our brand partners.
