All content on this website, including but not limited to the database structure, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Welsh Influencer Hub and is protected by UK copyright laws. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our database content without express written permission.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

 

4. Subscription & Refund Policy

• Monthly Passes: Can be cancelled at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Lifetime Passes: As these provide immediate access to digital assets and contact data, refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase provided the database has not been extensively accessed, in accordance with UK Digital Content consumer rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

Welsh Influencer Hub provides a platform to connect brands and creators. We are not responsible for the outcome of any partnerships, the quality of content produced by creators, or the payment behaviour of brands (unless we have been contracted for campaign management). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
